Education in 2020

This video represents an over simplified idea of the future of education, but within it there is a significant amount of truth to many of the points.

To what extent any of this comes true we will have to wait and see, but the rise of massive online open courses (MOOC’s) should not be underestimated. The challenge will be in formalising a “badge” system so that it is consider reputable by learners & employers.

Additionally the funding models have yet to be fully proven or tested.
